Jasmyns Health & Wellness Journey began in 2009 when she studied and worked as a Licenced Vocational Nurse. In 2013 and her middle child Khloe (middle because she is 2 minutes older than her twin sister Teagan) was diagnosed with a mild form of cerebral palsy. Khloe suffered from a stroke in utero due to TTF Twin to Twin Transfusion and both girls were given a 50% chance to live. After overcoming the odds both girls were born at 37 weeks gestation. Koko was 12 months old when we got her diagnosis. We quickly welcomed a world of doctor appointments + Physical therapy. After working closely with her therapist to strengthen + align Jasmyn found so many similarities within her own yoga practice and wanted to learn more.

She soon enrolled in her first of 2 / 200hr teacher training. While exploring new experiences as a Registered Yoga Instructor she found her voice in her community and began teaching yoga full-time. With a thirst for knowledge she continued her education as a Yoga Therapist at Loyola Marymount University. Finding balance between helping others to become their own intuitive healer and raising 3 stellar humans she understands how life can become overwhelming + how challenging societal pressures can seem. Understanding that BALANCE is not a one size fits all, her mission work is to help others live a more intuitive life.

Her passions lie in Women’s Health, Conscious kid communities + plant medicine. She infuses holistic wellness + education into events all around the world.
